From carrying out the questionnaire by analysing the answers there has been two main usability / accessibility issues established. These are Question 2 – Users leaving because a website has too much text within it and Question 3 – Users leaving websites because they do not know how to navigate their way around a website.
The main focus of carrying out the questionnaire was to highlight key issues and make them the key focus to include within the website. This is why text has been kept to a minimum with visually pleasing displays, therefore the user will not leave and can scan the page quickly especially with the home page and the visual steps. Also the navigation has been kept very simple with clear page titles so that the users will know what to do and what the pages are. Also the navigation bar is simple and has underlined links, keeping to the basic navigation principles in addition the underlined links in a container are what users traditionally associate with navigation so that they can put their knowledge of using website to use the ChocoCreate website.
